Silvia holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing. He has a strong interest in infectious disease and preventive care. His background includes working at Federally Qualified Health Centers caring for underserved communities.

​Silvia became a nurse because he enjoys helping people navigate the healthcare system and supporting patients on their journey to better health. At Northwestern Medicine Student Health Service, he continues to focus on delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
