Harmon has served as Practice Manager at Northwestern Medicine Student Health Service since 2023. She brings over 20 years of experience in health care, combining operational expertise with a deep commitment to patient-centered care. She completed her Master of Public Health at DePaul University.

​As a stage 4 colon cancer survivor, Harmon’s personal experience profoundly shaped her perspective on health care, reinforcing her dedication to improving access and quality for all patients. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two children and their dog.
