Dr. Wickstrom was born and raised in the northwest suburbs of Chicago and attended University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign for her undergraduate degree. She earned her medical degree from Des Moines University and completed her family medicine residency on Long Island at Northwell Plainview Hospital, where she served as chief resident her final year. She continued working with Northwell after residency as an adult primary care physician in Manhattan and is excited to be back in the Chicagoland area closer to home.

Dr. Wickstrom is passionate about preventive care and fostering meaningful, long-term relationships with her patients.

In her free time, Dr. Wickstrom enjoys going outdoors, exercising, attending concerts, and spending time with family and friends.
