​Dr. Green was born and raised in Michigan and earned her medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine. She completed her residency in family medicine at Case Western Reserve University–University Hospitals of Cleveland, followed by a fellowship in sports medicine at Michigan State University.

Dr. Green served as a staff physician for the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Committee at the 2018 Winter Olympics. She joined the Northwestern Medicine Student Health Service team at Northwestern University as the medical director in 2024 and also serves as a team physician for the Northwestern University Wildcats.

Outside of work, Dr. Green is a passionate foodie who enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
