Northwestern Medicine Student Health Service

633 Emerson Street
Evanston, IL 60208-4000 - The vials cannot be shipped by the student or their family.
- The vials cannot be hand-delivered by the student or their family.
- The vials must be shipped overnight by UPS or FedEx to be received next day during our business hours. Vials sent via USPS (US Postal Service) cannot be accepted because they cannot deliver to our location next day. Please notify the office when your allergist ships the vials so our nursing team can ensure they are received in a timely manner.
- For your safety, we cannot use allergy shots that are received more than one day after they are shipped by your allergist. For example, if your allergist ships the vials on Tuesday and we receive it any time after Wednesday, we cannot use the vials and will need new serum sent to us for your allergy shots.
- We store all allergy vials at 39.2 degrees F to 46.4 degrees F.
- When we ship allergy vials from our office, we do not use refrigerant or cold packs.
