ADHD and ADD Medications
If you’ve been diagnosed with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) or Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD), we can help you refill prescriptions for medications, including stimulants.
If you have already been diagnosed with ADHD or ADD, please call us at 847.491.8100 to make an appointment or schedule through MyNM.
What You Need for Your First Visit
For your first visit, you must provide records showing one of these:
What to Expect
We will ask you to sign a Patient Agreement for Stimulant Medication. By signing this form, you agree to see one of our clinicians for all your ADHD appointments and refills. If your usual clinician is unavailable, another clinician may be available to help you in the short-term.
Your clinician will check the Prescription Monitoring Program each time you request a refill.
If you don’t want to sign this agreement, our clinicians cannot provide prescriptions for stimulant medications.
Getting Diagnosed With ADHD or ADD
To be evaluated for ADHD, please call Northwestern University Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) at 847.491.2151 to schedule an appointment with the care coordinators. They can help connect you to a clinician for ADHD testing who is in your insurance network.
