Thompson earned their Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Capella University. They have a background in allergy and community medicine and bring a compassionate, whole-person approach to every interaction.With experience spanning both specialty care and community-based programs, Thompson is committed to building safe, inclusive spaces where patients feel seen, respected and empowered to take charge of their health.

​Outside of work, they are an enthusiastic animal lover—though their tuxedo cat confidently holds the title of favorite. They enjoy strength training, staying active and spending meaningful time with friends.
